This programme is designed for anyone preparing for, or recovering from major surgery. Examples include: Hysterectomy, Abdominal surgery (e.g. hernia repair, gallbladder removal, bariatric surgery) and other planned operations where fitness, mobility, and strength can support recovery. Having personally committed to preparing my mind and body for major surgery, I know the benefits this brings before ad after.

This is a fully bespoke coaching programme, built around your unique needs and timeline. Whether you’re starting 4–6 months in advance or only have a few weeks before surgery, I’ll help you do what you can to go into your operation stronger, fitter, and more resilient giving you the best chance of a smoother recovery.


This includes movement and workouts and fuelling your body in preparation and recovery.

Pre-Surgery Focus

Post Surgery Focus

  • Tailored training plan (home, gym, or hybrid) adapted to your ability and comfort level
  • Support to build strength, stamina, and mobility
  • Balanced nutrition guidance - including weight loss support if desired

Note: In the final few weeks before surgery, dieting is not recommended. We’ll focus instead on nourishing your body and optimising energy reserves for recovery.

Post Surgery Focus

Post-Surgery Focus (once cleared by your consultant/physio):

  • Gentle reintroduction to exercise, progressing safely at your pace
  • Tailored programming to rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence
  • Gradual return to the gym, when you’re ready
  • Ongoing monitoring to make sure you progress without overdoing it

  • Access to the online coaching app with your personalised programme
  • Weekly check-ins to review progress, adjust training and nutrition, and keep you on track
  • Full accountability & direct support via WhatsApp and email. 
  • Additional wellness focus: sleep tracking, step goals, fresh air, journaling, and stress management
