This programme is designed for anyone preparing for, or recovering from major surgery. Examples include: Hysterectomy, Abdominal surgery (e.g. hernia repair, gallbladder removal, bariatric surgery) and other planned operations where fitness, mobility, and strength can support recovery. Having personally committed to preparing my mind and body for major surgery, I know the benefits this brings before ad after.
This is a fully bespoke coaching programme, built around your unique needs and timeline. Whether you’re starting 4–6 months in advance or only have a few weeks before surgery, I’ll help you do what you can to go into your operation stronger, fitter, and more resilient giving you the best chance of a smoother recovery.
This includes movement and workouts and fuelling your body in preparation and recovery.
Note: In the final few weeks before surgery, dieting is not recommended. We’ll focus instead on nourishing your body and optimising energy reserves for recovery.

Going into surgery fitter doesn’t just make you feel better it can directly improve outcomes and recovery times. I know this personally: my own hysterectomy recovery was smoother and stronger because I had worked with a coach and prepared my body beforehand.
