About Me

A Few Hats, One Blind Spot

A Few Hats, One Blind Spot

A Few Hats, One Blind Spot

  • Property and construction Career.
  • Award-winning fashion boutiques.
  • A family raised around a boardroom's demands.

I've built things, sold things, negotiated deals, and sat in rooms where the pressure never let up.

From the outside, I had it together.

Behind the scenes, my own health was always what I put last.

The Wake-Up Call

A Few Hats, One Blind Spot

A Few Hats, One Blind Spot

Years of programmes that never stuck.

In Person Training at times that suited the trainer and not me.

Then a surgeon's instruction "lose weight, lift weights, get ready for a hysterectomy" gave me a deadline I couldn't ignore.

I came out stronger, leaner, and more certain of myself than I'd ever been.

Why I Coach

A Few Hats, One Blind Spot

What That Experience Means for You

That experience taught me something I couldn't have learned any other way: knowledge isn't the problem.

Most people already know what to do. What they're missing is someone who's actually lived the pressure they're under, and won't let them talk their way out of it.

I've spent two decades in boardrooms, on building sites, running a business, and juggling all of it against a family and my own health.

I'm not coaching from a textbook, I'm coaching from having been exactly where my clients are, and knowing what actually gets someone unstuck.

What That Experience Means for You

What That Experience Means for You

Three strands, one purpose: taking what I've learned the hard way and putting it to work for you.

Fitness & Lifestyle Coaching

I know what it's like to fail at this for years while running a demanding career. I build training and nutrition around your real life, not a version of it that only exists on a spreadsheet.

Business Development Coaching

Two decades winning and delivering high-value work in property & construction taught me what actually wins business: not theory, but conversations, follow-up, and tracking.

I teach your team the mechanics,  the next generation who were never shown, and the mid-level execs who've been left to work it out alone.

Corporate Wellness

I know exactly what it costs a business when its people run on empty, because I've been that person. I help organisations build movement into how their teams operate, and I coach executives 1:1 through the same pressure I used to carry myself.

Outside of Work

What That Experience Means for You

Outside of Work

You'll find me chasing waves, walking fairways, or racking up steps while putting the world to rights.

I'm a passionate wakesurfer and have previously been the Nautique European Champion, Over-40s Amateur category — and the water is my reset button.

Golf does something similar: less about the swing, more about the headspace.

It's also why I'm on a quiet mission at work: more meetings off the couch and onto pavements.

Walking and talking sparks better ideas and keeps the energy up.

I also recently moved to Abu Dhabi at the age of 47 causing many accusations of a mid-life crisis. In reality, I just haven't stopped chasing my dreams and goals for me and my family and I hope that I am proof that you're never to old to pivot career, find happiness and chase your dreams.
