About Me

I’ve worn a few hats in my life -  from building a career in the fast-paced world of property and construction, to running award-winning fashion boutiques, to raising a family while juggling demanding boardroom schedules.

On the outside, I looked like I had it together.

But behind the scenes, when it came to my own health and fitness, I was spinning my wheels and very much in denial.

For years, I dipped in and out of programs and coaches. I bought the plans, I tried the quick fixes, I chased the “next thing.” Each time, I’d start with determination… and each time, life’s demands pulled me away. Nothing stuck. No coach ever truly saw me, understood my lifestyle, or held me accountable in a way that made real change possible.

Then, in July last year, everything shifted. I started working with an online coach who didn’t just hand me workouts — he held me to a higher standard, one I’d never set for myself before. For the first time, I was pushed, challenged, and fully supported.

Why I still have a coach

My transformation was more than physical. I got stronger, leaner, and fitter than I’d ever been - but I also rediscovered my confidence, my resilience, and my love for living life to the fullest. I learned how to fuel my body, how to train with purpose, and how to build habits that last beyond any short term fad.

Lewis and I worked together to get me surgery ready and post op recovered.

Why I still have a coach

 I continue to be coached.

In fact, I see it as non-negotiable.

Why? Because no matter how much knowledge or experience you have, you can’t always see your own blind spots. Having someone in my corner keeps me honest, pushes me beyond the limits I’d naturally set for myself, and challenges me in ways I wouldn’t always choose on my own.

It’s accountability, but it’s also growth.

Lewis helps me refine my training, keeps my nutrition aligned with my goals, and supports me through the inevitable ups and downs of busy life. I don’t just get a program — I get perspective and he doesn't take any of my bullish*t..

 I keep evolving.

I stay connected to the process my own clients go through. I understand the struggles on a personal level, not just from a textbook.

And I never forget that transformation is a journey, not a destination.

Why I still have a coach

Strength isn’t the only place I find joy. Outside the gym, I’m happiest chasing waves, walking fairways, or racking up steps while putting the world to rights.

I’m a passionate wakesurfer  - I may have been  the Nautique European Champion in the Over-40s Amateur category. Being out on the water is my reset button: it’s where discipline meets freedom, and where I’ve learned that play can be just as powerful as training.

I also love golf  and the chance to clear my head outdoors. It’s less about the perfect swing (though I’m working on that!) and more about the fresh air, resilience, and perspective the game brings.

And when it comes to my day job which I love, I’m on a quiet mission: to move more meetings off the coffee shop couches and boardroom chairs, and onto pavements and step counts.

Walking and talking sparks better ideas, clears the mind, and keeps energy high.

It’s wellness that fits seamlessly into life.
